Day 1 · Labuan Bajo
Transfer, boarding and the first briefing. The boat sails that evening; dinner on deck as the harbour lights drop behind.
Five days is where the week starts to work
Four nights aboard. Everything the three-day covers, plus Manta Point, the flying foxes at Kalong, and one full day with nothing scheduled at all.

The extra two days are not more sightseeing. They buy an unscheduled day and a slower morning either side of it, which is the point at which the practice stops feeling like an activity.

Day by day
The route bends around the currents rather than the clock, so the order below can move.

Day 2 · Rinca and Padar
Komodo dragons with a ranger in the morning, then the Padar ridge for the three-bay view. Sunset practice at anchor.

Day 3 · Mantas and bats
Manta Point at the right state of the tide, then Kalong Island at dusk for the flying foxes leaving the mangroves.

Day 4 · Nothing scheduled
A secluded cove and a day with no plan. Swim, kayak, or do neither. Starlit dinner and a longer sound session.

Day 5 · Back to Flores
A last morning practice, a slow breakfast, then the harbour and your transfer to Komodo Airport.
The order shifts with the tide. Manta Point in particular only works in a window, and the crew will move the day around to catch it.
Fourteen-day journeys and full private charters are arranged on request, including executive recovery groups taking the whole boat.

The difference between the three-day and the five-day is not distance covered.

Evenings, and what they look like
Dinner is on the open deck unless the weather says otherwise, cooked aboard and built around what came off the boat or out of the Labuan Bajo market that morning.
After it, the engines go off. That is when the sound sessions happen, and it is the only time of day the boat is genuinely silent.
Dietary requirements are handled at the pre-trip call rather than on the day — tell us then and the galley plans around it.
