Built around your dates, not ours

Every journey is drafted after a call, not picked off a shelf. Dates, group, food, pace and the shape of each day are all yours to set.

Plan your journey

In short

There is no fixed departure calendar. You give us a window and who is coming, and the route, the practice schedule and the galley plan are built to fit.

  • Private charters and small shared groups
  • Dietary requirements planned before you board
  • Accessibility and mobility handled at the draft stage

What you can set

Six things that move

Each is decided at the pre-trip call and written into the itinerary before anything is paid.

Dates and pace

Any window, three to fourteen days. The daily flow is yours: two practices and a dive, or one practice and a long nothing.

Group and size

From two on a private charter to twelve on a full boat. Multi-generational family trips are the most common private booking.

Food

Sourced in Labuan Bajo that morning where possible. Allergies, vegan, halal and medical diets planned before you board.

Occasions

Birthdays, anniversaries and vow renewals, with ceremonial touches arranged ashore or on deck.

Accessibility

Mobility, medical needs and comfort ashore are worked out at the draft stage rather than on the day.

Themed journeys

Deep dives on one discipline, local cultural days, or skills sessions with the crew and facilitators.

Food, planned before you board

The galley buys in Labuan Bajo the morning you sail, so what is in the market is what is on the table. Beyond that, the plan is yours.

Allergies, intolerances, vegan and halal requirements, and anything medical are collected at the pre-trip call. That is deliberate — a dietary need raised on day one is a problem at sea and a non-event on shore.

Celebratory meals, a chef-led evening, or simply eating later than everyone else are all arrangeable, and none of them cost a day of the route.

How a custom trip gets drafted

Three steps, and nothing is charged until you have the itinerary in writing.

  • The call

Dates, who is coming, certifications, injuries, diets, and what you want the week to do.

  • The draft

Route, practice schedule, dive sites and galley plan, built around the tides and your group.

  • The revision

You change what you want changed. Only then does anything get invoiced.

Executive recovery groups and corporate teams follow the same route, with the schedule rewritten around the group rather than reused.

Tell us what you want the week to do

Dates, numbers and anything that has to be worked around. You will get a draft route back, not a brochure.
