Enquiry
Send your window, how many are coming and anything that has to be worked around.

The call
Dates, certifications, injuries, diets and what you want the week to do.

Draft route
Vessel, practice schedule, dive sites and galley plan, in writing. Revise it as often as you need.

Deposit
Confirms the dates and takes the boat off the calendar for your window.

Pre-departure
Flights checked, transfers booked, packing list and dive paperwork sent through.

Boarding
Met at Komodo Airport, aboard the same afternoon, sailing that evening.
Arrive in Labuan Bajo the day before departure. If you would like the hotel booked for that night, ask on the call.
