Corporate & Legal Compliance

We are a fully legal and accountable entity, operating with the highest degree of professional integrity as part of the Juara Holding Group.

  • Legal Entity: We are a registered Indonesian limited liability company (Perseroan Terbatas – PT), ensuring full legal and financial accountability.
  • Tour Operator License (SIUP Pariwisata): We hold a valid Tanda Daftar Usaha Pariwisata (TDUP) issued by the Indonesian Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy (Kemenparekraf), which is mandatory for all legal tour operators.
  • Tax Compliance (NPWP): We are a registered Indonesian taxpayer with a valid Nomor Pokok Wajib Pajak (NPWP), contributing to the national economy.
  • Employee Welfare (BPJS): All our Indonesian crew and staff are registered with BPJS Ketenagakerjaan (social security for employment) and BPJS Kesehatan (national health insurance), ensuring their long-term welfare and access to healthcare.

Maritime Safety & Vessel Certification

Our Phinisi yachts are maintained to the highest standards of seaworthiness and equipped with modern safety technology.

  • Vessel Seaworthiness: Each vessel in our fleet has a valid Surat Ukur (Tonnage Certificate) and Pas Besar (Certificate of Nationality and Registration) and undergoes annual inspections by the Kantor Syahbandar dan Otoritas Pelabuhan (Harbour Master’s Office) to certify its seaworthiness.
  • SOLAS-Standard Equipment: Our safety equipment meets or exceeds the standards of the International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea (SOLAS). This includes SOLAS-approved life rafts, a full complement of life jackets, EPIRB (Emergency Position Indicating Radio Beacon), and comprehensive fire suppression systems.
  • Advanced Navigation & Communication: Our bridges are equipped with modern navigation and communication systems, including GPS, radar, depth sounders, VHF & SSB radios, and a satellite telephone for reliable communication even when out of cellular range.
  • Certified Crew: Our captains hold a minimum of an Ahli Nautika Tingkat III (ANT III) license, and all deck crew are certified in Basic Safety Training (BST), which includes firefighting, personal survival techniques, and first aid.

Operational Safety Protocols

  • Emergency Action Plan (EAP): We have a comprehensive EAP for various scenarios, including medical emergencies, severe weather, and technical issues. Our crew conducts regular drills to ensure they are prepared to respond swiftly and effectively.
  • Medical Preparedness: Our vessels are equipped with extensive first-aid kits, emergency oxygen, and an automated external defibrillator (AED). Our senior crew are trained in advanced first aid and CPR. We have a standing protocol with Siloam Hospital in Labuan Bajo for medical support and emergency evacuation.
  • Dive Safety: As a PADI-adherent operation, safety is the core of our diving program. We maintain a low diver-to-guide ratio, conduct thorough pre-dive briefings, use high-quality, regularly serviced Scubapro and Aqualung equipment, and enforce conservative, no-decompression dive profiles.
  • Guest Briefings: A comprehensive safety briefing is mandatory for all guests upon boarding. This covers vessel layout, emergency procedures, life jacket use, and responsible conduct within the Komodo National Park.
